In continuation of my letter No. R. & S. 8322/19,

dated the 5th January 1920, I am directed by the Secretary

of State for India in Council to forward, for the information

of Viscount Milner, statistics showing the exports of opium from India to Hong Kong, on Government and on private account, and the re-exports from Hong Kong to Macao, from 1914 to 1919

inclusive.
